Training method

Training will be led by a facilitator via zoom. Delegates will log in at an advised time. Zoom connection details (session ID and password) will be emailed in advance.

Course outline, session guide and reading material will be emailed before commencement of training.

Delegates are welcome to ask questions during the session or before or after and the facilitator will adequately and appropriately address them.

Delegates will be asked to do some assignments which will help with monitoring progress. However, the courses are non-examinable.


Certificates will be posted upon completion of the training.
