 Overview

Any project or program is necessarily part of a highly complex interrelated system and this poses risk for success. This advanced course on Project Analysis equips participants with adequate skills for effective management of projects. The course pays attention to the whole project life-cycle interrogating processes such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure. In so doing it addresses factors important for successful project implementation such as costs, timelines, resources, and risks and how they would potentially impact the overall goals and objectives of projects. Thus, the course pays attention to project management, planning, financial and stakeholder management, proposal writing and reporting as it strives to improve and reinforce attendees’ project management skills.
